It takes JZ2-H type marine electric motor as the source of drive , which is transferred by flexiable coupler , sealed type gear reducer , open type gears, jaw clutch to drive reel to rotate. It adopts elcectromagnetic brake mode and has been outfitted with manual band type brake and manual clutch. The product has compact structure, small cubage , light weight ,big lifting capacity and can be used conveniently . It has been widely applied in all sorts of lifting equipments of ships, oil field,coal mine and ports.

JZ2-H type marine electric motor adopted by the winch has automatic control box and electromagnetic brake , which is suitable for long distance operation and control, for realizing brake protection function .The motor has high protection (IP56) AND wind sands and rain has no impact to the motor work .So the winch is applicable for use in open air .When jaw clutch is released , the winch can lower freely with empty hook and this greatly enhances working efficiency .When the winch does not work, it locks the belt type brake to effectively protect the open type gear and the reducer casing while protecting the brake at the same time .

The available models of electric winches produced by our factory include: XHDJ50,XHDJ100,XHDJ200,XHDJ300 and XHDJ400 .The lifting weight ranges from 5tons to 40 tons .We have varieties of products for selection of customer .Meanwhile , we can also manufacture all kinds of electric winch according to the customer requirement .
